iwas-concepts AG - innovative recycling solutions

 

Plastic waste is a valuable resource. By recycling them and returning them to the material cycle, we are making our contribution to a more sustainable economy and protecting our environment at the same time. Our focus is on the recycling of glass fiber reinforced thermosets (GRP).

 

Every year, > 200,000 tons of GRP waste are produced across Europe, which should be disposed of properly. To date, however, there is no established and sustainable recycling process in the sense of a circular economy. GRP waste is either incinerated or disposed of in disposed of in landfills.

This is why iwas-concepts AG, together with partners from research and industry, develops and implements innovative and sustainable solutions for GRP recycling in order to process these high-quality waste products and return them to the material cycle.
